Sundance Service did a great job in doing a LOF replacement, Safety Check for my Buick 2020 Envision. They found also that I needed a Cabin Air Filter be replaced, which I agreed to. All very professional, plus used a coupon to cut my costs. They're customer-friendly and I've been with Sundance Buick and Keelean Buick in St. Johns for over 30 years. I trust their sales, service and great cars, especially Buicks! I wish that GM Corporate would keep Sundance as a Buick Dealer, GM has gone WOKE and only wants people to buy EVs. They've sent a GM marketing flyer from Wisconsin telling me I need to find a new Buick Dealer. Really? Doesn't make sense to me as a I love Sundance! Plus, I have a gasoline fueled car and am not part of the 10% drivers who own an EV. Wake UP GM or go bankrupt again! Regards, Bob Craig

My helper -the one on right -young wasn't that friendly. The middle guy was more attentive and friendly. Middle guy took my keys and went out to my car. And then came back and gave paper work to the young guy. He told me I could go sit in lobby. Never been there before so I had to ask. When I checked out he said it was no charge. Sign here. All set. Think he could have made my experience better. ALSO y'all didn't give me a new sticker on my windshield to inform me when to come back. $80 for oil change seems a bit steep. Especially w my crappy 7/10 experience.
